We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO while working remotely.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. If you thrive in fast-paced and high-volume environments we’d like to meet you!
- First point of contact: classifying, resuming and answering emails and messages on other platforms.
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Helping to prioritize and reminding of important tasks and deadlines
- Helping to create presentations for meetings/webinars/conferences
- Assisting in the preparation of reports
- Helping to maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Collating and filing expenses
- Managing paperwork preparation for different areas (legal and financial matters)
- Booking and arranging travel
- Helping to organize events and conferences
KEY SKILLS FOR THIS POSITION
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and eventually in Canva or video editing tools (later can be learned over the course of starting the job)
